Constancy is the best policy

Constancy is the best policy. Only by sticking to a good habit, trying to do your best at work, to keep on trying to stay in shape and applying the former to any field or dimension of your life will lead you to improve and achieve your goals.

Praying ( any form of it) will help you to focus to be constant. It will create a habit.
